Scheduling a Session

Please be available for your "Scheduled" Appointment and keep in mind the session prior to yours may go over, with that being said, it's only an approximate time, Sessions may vary, because Spirit has no concept of time.

Canceling & Missed Appointments |
As long as you cancel a Guidance Session 72-Hours in advance you'll be refunded (Credit is processed however you made that deposit or payment in full)
Special Events refer to the confirmation email. Rescheduling follows the rule of 72-hour. However, we realize sometimes life happens, unforeseen circumstances arise, so usually we could make exceptions when re-scheduling. Keeping in mind, we reserved that time slot for you and last minute changes makes it difficult to fill that time slot for another client that may have benefited from that time slot you reserved. Missed Appointments: No refunds. If you missed your appointment you forfeit your appointment. This applies to individual and packages. Your time was saved and that time was lost. * NO THIRD PARTY DEALS (SCAM) Scheduling is only done directly through the online link here on this website. There will not be any scheduling, credits, refunds or such if you didn't schedule on this site. www.readingswithpeej.com or www.peej.me that being said, no refunds will be processed through third party credit card companies or bank institutions if you miss your appointment because Peej doesn't offer Sessions through any Third-Party Platforms. MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT? If you do not show up to your appointment OR you miss the call for your Phone Session OR you didn't respond to the text and for whatever reason were not reachable on the number you provided when scheduling your session, you will forfeit your fee or money paid for your slot. This applies to all Sessions (Individual & Packages) Please refer to your confirmation email. If the Session before yours goes over and you've tried to call (as noted here & in your Phone Session Confirmation E-mail) but you're not able to wait then a case-by-case evaluation will be decided most likely in your favor, to reschedule (no cost to you) as we realize some people have commitments that don't allow for too much flexibility. But again, your time is only an approximate time. We reserve a time slot for you, so please be respectful of our time and be available at your scheduled time. Again we realize life happens and with all of the means- texting, cell phones and emailing options out there, we would hope that you would take a minute to attempt to notify us of any changes to your scheduled and reserved time slot, as you would expect us to do if we were unable to be available at your scheduled time slot. This allows both parties respect and allows us to offer that slot to another client. This cannot be done if you just don't show up. Thank you for your understandings. |

Refunds after your Session
There is a strict NO-REFUND Policy.
There will be NO refunds processed days, weeks or months after your session has been completed.

If for some reason you do not feel a connection or the session isn't what you expected within the first 5 minutes- you are free to go- no charge to you. (Deposits or In-Office Booking-fees will not refunded in this case.

Deposits
A Booking Fee, Deposit or Session Fees are required to hold and confirm all Sessions. Please refer to Policies on this page.
